A: We do not reserve specific tables. You can indicate a preference, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Table assignments are made on the day itself, considering the number of reservations and weather conditions.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Yes, it is possible to enjoy drinks or dinner without a reservation, depending on the availability that day. However, for dinner reservations, we are dependent on the weather and only take reservations for indoor seating.
Q: Can we eat outside?
A: A table is reserved indoors when you make a reservation. If the weather permits and there is sufficient availability, the host can assign you a table on the terrace upon arrival.
Q: We have an odd number in our group; is that a problem?
A: We have several round tables where an odd-numbered group can be seated. These will be assigned in order of reservations.

A: Smoking is not allowed in the building. We have designated smoking areas on our terrace with a view of the cathedral.

A: No, only electronic payments are accepted.

A: For safety reasons, we do not allow dogs or pets in the building, except for service dogs.
Q: Can we access the upper floor with a wheelchair? How?
A: Yes, you can with our assistance. You can use the entrance of The Beacon on the other side of the building, which has wheelchair access.
Q: What happens with the credit card hold when making a reservation?
A: The hold will be released once you check in upon arrival.
Q: We would like to do a photoshoot during the day; is that possible?
A: For specific reservations or bookings, you can contact sales@skybarantwerp.be. Photoshoots are available at €250 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours.
